Between family, travel, emotion, and memories, it’s easy to get swept up in everyone else’s energy and plans. Lately I’ve been reminding myself that peace isn’t about avoiding the chaos, it’s about staying close to what actually feels nourishing.
My current go-to’s: waking up 10 minutes earlier for quiet time and kundalini breathwork (it’s been such a reset lately), a 10–15 minute walk without AirPods to regulate my nervous system, chai in the morning (the less caffeine the better, but I love the ritual), and taking a few minutes to journal 2–3 things I’m grateful for.
I usually choose one to three of these depending on how I feel in the morning to set the tone for the day. It’s helped me feel more grounded week to week, and the long-term effects are even better. 🌿
If you’ve been craving an energetic reset before the new year, this is what I teach inside my sessions. How to actually regulate your energy, clear what’s been weighing you down, and anchor back into your power.
... Read moreThe holiday season can be a whirlwind of activities and emotions, often causing stress and draining your energy. Protecting your peace during this time is essential for maintaining your well-being and preparing yourself for a fresh start in the new year. One effective way to begin is by following a mindful morning routine, as highlighted in the wellness guide shared here. Taking five deep, intentional breaths before diving into daily tasks helps shift your focus from hurried productivity to present moment awareness.
Incorporating simple habits such as enjoying a morning matcha or chai ritual, stretching in the evening, and walking outdoors without distractions supports nervous system regulation. These repetitive, calming activities create a rhythm that the body and mind rely on for steadying and balancing energy—something particularly beneficial during hectic holiday schedules.
It’s important to recognize that protecting your peace also means setting boundaries around your time and energy. Avoid the urge to over-explain yourself or overcommit to social obligations. Saying no or stepping back to recharge is a powerful way to honor your own needs and prevent burnout.
Journaling 2–3 things you’re grateful for each morning not only fosters positive emotions but also anchors your focus on nourishing thoughts. This simple practice can help sustain a grounded mindset, reduce anxiety, and cultivate resilience amid life’s challenges.
If you feel burdened by accumulated stress or emotional weight, consider exploring energy healing sessions that teach you how to regulate your energy and clear stagnant blocks. Techniques such as kundalini breathwork are effective in facilitating an energetic reset, allowing you to release tension and reconnect to your inner power.
Ultimately, log off from digital distractions and return to the real moments that fill you up—whether that’s nature, creative expression, or quality time with loved ones. These genuine experiences replenish your energy and build a strong foundation for wellness goals that last beyond the holidays and into the new year.
