At the alley, we picked up a line of noodles and mixed it with a special recipe of cum juice until it formed a spicy, fragrant, mellow menu, and couldn't stop.
The specialty is chili curry peppers with the shop's unique recipes, inherited from Chiang Mai-Lampoon for over 60 years, used the traditional method and not rotten beans to fully smell the spices and herbs.

Because Northern cuisine has no fixed recipes, each province, district, or even each family has its own unique recipes. Chiang Mai, Lampoon, Chiang Rai, Spreading, or Lampang are unique depending on the culture and taste of the cook.
