Fitness journey!

Come lose weight with me for my anniversary cruise in October!! 💪🏼🩷

As a mama of 3 and a recent sahm I decided enough was enough! 190 has been the heaviest I’ve ever been. Keep in mind I’m only 5’2”. So I started intermittent fasting 16:8. Im counting my calories. Trying to stay under 1665. Also, I do 10k steps daily!! Usually i go for a jog/walk as my only exercise but wanting to incorporate weight lifting soon. Any tips on where to start?

I’m on week 7 and I’m down 11 lbs so far!! 🙌🏼 My goal is to not lose weight quickly but change my eating habits and lifestyle to keep it off. Definitely can see a change not only in my body but in my energy and my confidence as well. Just motivation to keep going!
