Toxic Trait of a 24-Year-Old Corporate Girly 👩🏻‍💻

You’d think by now I’d be overthinking less… but nope. I spent 30 minutes today writing a three-sentence email.

✨First draft was too stiff

✨ Second was too casual

✨ Then I spiraled over whether “Hi” sounded too friendly and if “Best” was too cold.

I reread it a dozen times, asked two coworkers for reassurance, ran it through Grammarly twice, then finally hit send — only to panic immediately after.

They replied with just: “Ok.” And I swear I felt my soul leave my body.

This job is humbling me, testing me, and slowly teaching me to laugh at myself in the process.
