Trible Chocolate Muffin Lava🧁🤎

Ingredients

1. All purpose flour 320 g.

2. Baking Powder 1 tbsp

3. A pinch of salt

4. Cacao powder 55 g.

5. Granulated sugar 180 g.

6. Brown Sugar 70 g.

7. Milk 230 ml.

8. Vinegar 2 tsp

9. Coffee 1 tsp

10. Rice bran oil

11. Semi sweet dark chocolate/ dark chocolate 160 g.

12. Almond milk chocolate chopped for topping

Two - Blow Method

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl, then gently combine

Bake at 220°C for the first 5 –7 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175°C and bake for another 12 - 15 minutes
