🧴 Wash your hair before or after the shower... whichever? Or have different advantages and disadvantages?

Personally, we are the "pool before bathing" team.

Feel clean your head first, and then clear the collector later. 😌

But when I read it, I found that there were different advantages and disadvantages.

☁️ pool before bathing.

✅ Wash dust, sweat and oiliness on the scalp first.

✅ Rub the soap / wash it later like it's completely clean.

❗️ But if you don't wash all the shampoo, it can irritate the skin.

🫧 pool after bathing

✅ fully relaxed at the end.

✅ I smell a little longer.

❗️ But some people feel that I'm wet when I leave the bathroom, it's not very clean.

Depends on the lifestyle

Some people in the morning have to hurry. Some people late like to finish.

But at least it should be washed clean every step of the way for good scalp health. 💆‍♀️
