We’re Locking In💕 it’s time to get serious about my health goals so I’m joining in! Things I’m currently working on are:
Health & Wellness💪🏼
✨ I have a 5K I’m currently training for that is on October 11. I’m also hoping to find more local ones to attend to keep me going.
✨I need to follow a strict keto diet (with cycle syncing) to help me with my blood sugar. This is also why I’m getting more into exercise.
✨Keep up the gym momentum. I’m not going to lie, I’ve started to struggle a little bit here. I feel like I’m getting bored of the routine and just need to adjust a little bit.
Lifestyle
✨I’m working on stepping into myself and being unapologetically me💕 that means facing my fear of being seen as well as accepting the flaws I have and mistakes I will make.
✨Finding my style💅🏼💁🏻♀️ I definitely see myself leaning back toward the alternative style, but not like it used to be.
✨Motherhood👩🏻👦🏼 just simply being the best mom for my son
Relationship
✨Reach out more to the ones I’m closest too. For the record, I’m not a very chatty person. My communication skills suck, but it’s something I’m working on. The only way to get better is by doing it.
✨Work on being more approachable. I have this natural tendency to repel people😂 I’m not mean, that’s just my face😂
In addition to that, I will be sharing my experience💕 I can’t wait to see yours!

Training for a 5K not only improves cardiovascular health but also provides a tangible milestone to work towards. It's encouraging to seek out more local races as they offer social support and variety, reducing the chance of workout boredom.
Following a strict keto diet combined with cycle syncing is a sophisticated approach that helps manage blood sugar levels effectively. Cycle syncing involves aligning your diet and exercise with hormonal fluctuations throughout the menstrual cycle, which can optimize energy, mood, and overall wellness. This method supports increased exercise performance and better metabolic health, especially for those managing insulin sensitivity.
Maintaining gym momentum can be tough over time due to routine fatigue. Adjusting workout routines by incorporating new exercises, varying intensity, or trying group fitness classes can re-energize your fitness journey. Listening to your body and mixing cardio with strength training or flexibility work often leads to sustained progress and prevents burnout.
Stepping confidently into your authentic self is a courageous lifestyle goal. Embracing imperfections and overcoming fear of judgment is vital to personal growth. By practicing self-compassion and setting realistic expectations, you empower yourself to evolve naturally without undue pressure.
Developing a personal style reflects inner identity shifts. Leaning toward an alternative style with a refreshed perspective shows growth and exploration. Fashion is a form of self-expression and adjusting it over time illustrates how flexibility can help keep your style authentic yet adaptable.
Being the best mom is a deeply meaningful priority that balances nurturing and personal development. Prioritizing quality time, patience, and open communication with your child strengthens this fundamental relationship while encouraging your own well-being.
Improving communication and approachability in relationships takes practice but is highly rewarding. Daily small efforts to reach out, share, and listen cultivate stronger bonds. Recognizing personal quirks, like feeling less chatty, while consciously working on these skills helps make interaction easier and more fulfilling.
This holistic approach to the "Great Lock In"—focusing on health, lifestyle, and relationships—provides a balanced framework for sustainable self-improvement. Sharing your experiences candidly invites others to join and grow alongside you, fostering a supportive community.
