Easy Crockpot Chili
It’s kind of chili weather here in Texas 🌶️ so I had to throw this one together! If you like your chili less meaty, just use 1 lb of beef. But if you like your chili without beans… I can’t help you there 😅

🍲 Easy Crockpot Chili
🕒 Cook Time: 6–8 hours on LOW
🍳 Equipment: 6-quart crockpot
🧂 Ingredients
• 2 lbs lean ground beef (or 1 lb if you prefer it less meaty)
• 1 roma tomato, diced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (30 oz) can tomato sauce
• ¼ cup chili powder
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp salt & pepper
• ½ cube beef bouillon
• 1 cup water
• 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
• 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, drained
• 1 (16 oz) can chili beans in sauce
• 1–2 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
👩🍳 Directions
1. Brown the meat: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain grease and set aside.
2. Combine everything: Add all ingredients to your slow cooker, including the beef. Stir well.
3. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours until thick and flavorful.
4. Serve & enjoy! Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and cornbread on the side.
