Trader Joe’s new $4.99 'Seville Orange Marmalade

I’ve been hoarding TJ’s new Seville Orange Marmalade like it’s liquid gold. As someone who needs 3 different spreads on one toast, this bitter orange jam is IT.

1. Honey Citron Tea Hack: Mix 2 spoonfuls and hot water, it gives instant Korean citron tea vibes (minus the $8 price tag). Perfect for sore throats.

2. Iced “Dirty Orange” Latte: Layer marmalade, oat milk and espresso over ice. Stir them up. Tastes like the $6 Starbucks drink I’ll never buy again.

3. Scone Glow-Up: Smear it over TJ’s frozen scones with clotted cream.

The bitter peel bits make it WAY more complex than basic orange jam. 10/10 for “elevated” pantriness. Don’t sleep on the cocktail potential–muddled with gin and soda. Marmalade haters, does the bitterness bother you, or is it a grower?

Has anyone tried baking with it? TJ’s please make a lemon version, who’s with me?
