ตั้งแต่ได้ไปสัมผัสที่ Markrio Croissant Cafe รู้สึกได้ถึงความใส่ใจในแต่ละเมนูอย่างชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะครัวซองต์ที่มีไส้ให้เลือกเยอะและไส้แน่นสมคำร่ำลือ เช่นไส้ Ham & Cheese ที่รสชาติเข้มข้น กลมกล่อมมาก ส่วนเมนูเครื่องดื่มแม้จะไม่ได้เน้นเป็น specialty coffee แต่ก็มีหลายตัวเลือกที่เข้ากับครัวซองต์ได้ดี ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Matcha Latte หรือ Espresso ที่ราคาไม่แพง เริ่มต้นเพียง 50 กว่าบาทเท่านั้น บรรยากาศในร้านถึงแม้จะเป็นร้านเล็ก แต่กลับอบอุ่นและน่ารักด้วยโทนสีอบอุ่นและของตกแต่งอย่าง Art Toys ที่เพิ่มความน่ารัก มีมุมถ่ายภาพเล็กๆ ให้ถ่ายเล่นด้วย ที่จอดรถอาจจะมีจำกัดไปบ้าง แต่ถ้าได้หาเวลาช่วงคนไม่เยอะ จะได้เต็มอิ่มกับบรรยากาศสบายๆ และขนมที่ทำสดใหม่ทุกวัน จากประสบการณ์การไปเองแล้ว บอกได้เลยว่าร้านนี้เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบความคุ้มค่าในราคาที่จับต้องได้ รสชาติของเบเกอรี่ดี ส่วนเมนูเครื่องดื่มมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะสายกาแฟหรือสาย non coffee ก็ฟินได้เหมือนกัน อีกทั้งยังได้สัมผัสกับลูกเล่นและความน่ารักของร้านที่ไม่เหมือนใคร ใครอยากหาอะไรทานเล่นกับเครื่องดื่มดีๆ ที่อ่างศิลา แนะนำให้มาลองพลาดไม่ได้จริงๆครับ
