What is this position? "Airport Representative" (Airport Agent or Customer Service Airport Officer)

The main function is to supervise and welcome passengers or guests of the company at the airport. 💼✈️

In general, the functions of the Airport Representative include:

1. 🛬 Welcome customers at the airport (Arrival)

• Name sign / Company sign waiting to welcome incoming customers

• Check flight, arrival time and confirm customer identity

• Take the customer to the shuttle or coordinate with the driver / guide

2. 🛫 Departure Care (Departure)

• Help check-in customers with airline counters

• Introduce baggage loading procedures

• Take the customer to a security checkpoint or exit door.

3. 📞 Coordinate with the tour company, hotel or driver.

• Inform the progress of the customer with the team concerned.

• Check flight and travel schedules according to plan

4. 💬 Provide information and general assistance.

• Answer questions about flights, hotels or tours

• Helps solve problems such as lost bags, delay flights, etc.

5. 🗂️ Prepare reports / documentation

• Customer arrival-departure time records

• Send a report to the company or its head.

In other words, the Airport Representative is the "face" of the company at the airport that allows customers to receive seamless service from landing to car or before boarding back.

Airport Representative positions are generally not very high in academic qualifications.

Most of them can be accepted from the 6th grade of the Senate / the P.D. / the P.D. can apply, but the caveat is that they have to communicate in English.

The qualifications are more important than the senators.

• English is well communicated (some must also speak Chinese / Korean / Japanese)

• Good personality, smiling, polite

• Punctual, understand service work

• Good solution

You have to fix everything that happens at the airport as far as possible. Some days you get cursed by a customer. 😂

As for this position, some people may go up to tour companies, some people may take jobs, or some people may do many companies.

Welfare, salary, bonuses, holidays depend on the company they are affiliated with.

💵 start from 10,000 to 60,000 baht, depending on the company and the diligence of each person. 😅

Our company has a starting salary of 18,000, excluding other welfare, holidays, 4 days a month, excluding other holidays, 12 days a year of vacation, 5 days a year of leave to study, and other common law holidays, a bonus for every month (not much 😂), available to Inspection every year, one time a year.

There is no finger scan in and out of work, no head covering, do not work for a full 9 hours (but have to stand by for the full time in case of problems at the airport to be solved in time) If there is no work, most of us walk around to find something to eat, hahahaha

It doesn't require Toic points, but when we interview, it requires English. The company communicates mainly in English because there are a lot of foreign countries.

Must support customer emotions (which is normal)
