You don’t need the 9-5, they need you!

Don’t believe it?

You can get any job, most of the time with no experience needed. Which means their desperation for anyone because they can just train them.

If you were to take yourself seriously, learn, practice and be consistent you could make multiple streams of income. Even better, you can make it passively and stop waisting your time helping that job. After a year you get a $1 raise but how many years will you waist and do you or the company have any plans for promotion?

Personally I feel like we should use the 9-5 to learn skills, pick up a hobby or if you’re kind enough to want to help the business grow. I do not believe we should be relying on it because you don’t need anything/ anyone who just wants to use you and give you the bare minimum.
