🌔✨️13 Days of Yule — Day 11✨️🌔
The eleventh day of Yule arrives wrapped in quiet steadiness. Tonight is the last night Jupiter blazes bright in the sky, a benevolent lantern reminding us that hope doesn’t have to shout. Above us hangs a waxing gibbous Moon in Taurus, growing fuller by the hour, rooting her light deep into the bones of the earth.
This is also the 11th painting in my 13 Days of Yule Tea Cups series. This cup carries the hush of cold weather outside—frosted air, bare branches, long nights—but inside it holds warmth: comfort, memory, and the knowing that gentleness is a kind of strength. A Yuletide cup meant to be held with both hands, slow and reverent.
Taurus teaches us how to stay. Physically, she rules the throat, neck, jaw, voice, and the senses, reminding us to nourish the body, rest it, and speak truth with care. Mentally, she governs patience, focus, and values—asking what truly matters and what’s worth tending daily. Spiritually, Taurus is devotion through embodiment: finding the sacred not in escape, but in presence. In the body. In the cup. In the moment.
For these last Taurus-lit days of the year, gentle allies work best. Chamomile, rose, and cinnamon for rest, heart-softening, and warm abundance. Green aventurine, rose quartz, and smoky quartz for growth, compassion, and releasing the weight of the year. Work with them simply, hon—brew the tea, hold the stone, slow your breath, and speak one true intention. Taurus magic doesn’t rush. It roots.
As the year turns, may you let yourself be held by what is steady, warm, and real. Rest is productive. Pleasure is holy. Comfort is not weakness.
Now if y’all need me, I’ll be right here—hands wrapped around my cuppa, listening to the quiet magic of the season, trusting that what’s meant to grow already knows how.
Love y’all,
Weavr~ ✨💜✨
