How I deal with Anxiety

While I’m no doctor, I think it’s safe to say that most of us have anxiety and some more than others. There are strategies that help people and each person is different so what works for some may not work for others.

For me, I tend to do a few things…I listen to music

or craft. Some of my favorite crafts are painting rocks, painting wood and using the Cricut with the wood projects I paint. These are some simple wooden ornaments that I painted and put vinyl on!
