Sushi burgers recipe 🤎

For the “burgers”:

- Nori sheets

- Sushi rice

- Cucumber

- Cream cheese

- Avocado

- Sashimi grade raw salmon

1. Lay your nori sheet down and add the rice. Press the rice down into a disk. The thickness of rice is up to you and your preference!

2. Add the cucumbers, cream cheese, avocado, and salmon.

3. Add another disk of rice on top and seal the nori. Use water to help it stick.

4. Add another sheet of nori and seal it shut.

5. Use plastic wrap to help shape the burgers.

6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

To fry:

- Panko (as needed)

- 120g flour

- 50g corn starch

- 225g water

- Vegetable oil

1. Take the burgers out of the fridge and remove the plastic wrap.

2. In a bowl, mix the flour, corn starch, and water. Dip the burgers into the mixture and coat well.

3. Coat the burgers in panko.

4. Heat 2” of vegetable oil to 350F. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

5. Top with spicy mayo and eel sauce.
