🧄 Easy Garlic Recipe Collection

If you love garlic, these simple recipes bring out its full flavor in different ways! From breakfast to dinner, you are gonna love those♥️

1. Juicy Garlic Chicken Breast (p2-3)

Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Salt

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Fresh garlic (sliced)

Oil

Pat the chicken breast dry and season it with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and sliced garlic on both sides. Massage the seasoning evenly, then place the chicken in a sealed bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. (If you are short on time, marinate for at least one hour.)

The next day, heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sear both sides of the chicken until lightly golden, about 40 seconds per side, just enough to set the surface. Remove from the pan, wrap the chicken tightly in foil, and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.

After baking, leave the chicken in the oven to rest for one hour. Then transfer it to the refrigerator and chill overnight. Slice and serve the next day for the best texture and flavor.

2. Garlic Butter Mushrooms (p4-5)

Ingredients:

Mushrooms

Garlic

Butter

Oil

Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems and rinsing them thoroughly. Mince the garlic and prepare a couple of slices of butter.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and place the mushrooms cut-side down. Cook until the bottoms turn golden, then flip and cook the other side until evenly browned.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, then add the butter and let it melt completely, coating the mushrooms. Transfer to a plate and serve warm.

3. Garlic Chicken Slices (p6-7)

Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Garlic

Black pepper

Salt

Soy sauce

Oil

Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and place them in a bowl with halved garlic cloves. Add black pepper, one spoon of salt, and one spoon of soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken slices, making sure both sides are fully cooked and lightly browned.

4. Garlic Butter Baguette (p8)

Ingredients:

Baguette

Butter

Garlic

Salt (optional)

Let the butter soften at room temperature. Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces. Mix the softened butter with minced garlic until well combined. (I don’t have salted butter so I also added some salt)

Spread the garlic butter generously over each slice of bread, making sure the surface is well coated for a rich flavor.

Bake at 370°F for 7–8 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the aroma is fully developed.
