Glute movement favs lately for more growth

I recently switched up my routine in the gym and these are a couple of new favs lately. I was doing barbell RDLs for a while but recently switched back to dumbbell RDL’s and I forgot how much I loved these. I recommend using straps or grips so that you can hold more weight. I use the cobra grips
