Happy Sabbath July 10, 2026

🌿 Happy Sabbath! 🌿As we gather today, let us reflect on the importance of Rest and Healing in our lives. Just as the Earth needs time to Recover after natural disasters, our Bodies and Spirits also require moments of Peace to rejuvenate after facing significant stress and trauma.

In Isaiah 40:31, we are reminded:

"But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

This verse speaks to the Power of trusting in GoD during our times of need. True Healing comes when we allow ourselves GoD’s true Grace to work for our Rest and Recovery. The Holy Spirit knows exactly what we need.

Moreover, in Matthew 11:28, Yeshua/Jesus invites us:

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Let us embrace this Sabbath as a time to Recharge our Bodies and Souls. Just as the Most High rested on the seventh day, we too must prioritize our Well-being and allow ourselves the necessary Time to Heal.

Take a moment today to Breathe deeply, Reflect, and let go of the burdens you carry. Your Healing journey is Sacred, and Rest is an essential part of it.

Wishing you All a Peaceful and restorative Sabbath! ✨

... Read moreAs we prepare to observe the Sabbath on July 10, 2026, there is profound beauty in dedicating this special day to rest and spiritual rejuvenation. Beyond just a day of pause, the Sabbath offers a sacred opportunity to reconnect deeply with our inner selves and with the Creator, who invites us to lay down our burdens and find true peace. Reflecting on Isaiah 40:31, the imagery of soaring on wings like eagles encourages us to embrace hope and trust deeply in God’s strength. From my personal experience, incorporating moments of quiet meditation and prayer on the Sabbath has enabled me to face weekly challenges with renewed energy. The concept that “those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength” resonates powerfully when life feels overwhelming. The OCR content from related images also highlights key spiritual encouragements such as "PRAISE BE TO THE LORD" and the reminder that "TO GOD OUR SAVIOR, WHO DAILY BEARS OUR BURDENS." This underscores the daily support available to us, especially in times of stress or uncertainty. Taking intentional time on the Sabbath to breathe deeply, reflect, and release worries has been transformational for many in spiritual communities. Matthew 11:28's invitation, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,” is a call for healing that is both deeply personal and universally accessible. In practical terms, setting aside digital distractions, engaging in reflective reading of scripture, and spending time in nature can amplify this healing rest. Many have found that establishing a Sabbath routine centered on gratitude, peaceful silence, and communal sharing nurtures both the body and soul. The spiritual practice of Sabbath rest also parallels the earth’s rhythms of recovery mentioned in the reflection. Just as natural disasters require time for the land to recover, our bodies and spirits deserve intentional time to rejuvenate after enduring stress or trauma. Integrating both faith and mindful self-care practices during the Sabbath can foster lasting peace and resilience. Embracing this sacred time with a heart full of love for the Creator and community helps us move beyond regrets, worries, and pain — themes surfaced in the OCR snippets, reinforcing the healing power of God’s peace. As we await July 10, 2026, consider preparing rituals that honor this day: lighting a candle for hope, sharing words of encouragement, and taking moments to "REJOICE" and "DELIGHT" in God’s presence. Ultimately, Sabbath is not solely about rest but about restoration — a holistic healing of body, mind, and spirit. Making space to experience this on the upcoming Sabbath can transform how we engage with the world, inviting a deeper sense of calm, purpose, and joy into our lives. May your Sabbath be truly peaceful and restorative.
