Happy August 2026! and Social Media Break.

Happy August 2026

As July comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the past month and looking forward to the fresh beginnings that August brings. 🌻This year, I’ve decided to participate in the Worldwide Social Media Fast, a personal choice that feels necessary for my Growth. I want to invite you to Consider participating in the Worldwide Social Media FAST, a chance to Unplug and Reflect. It’s an invitation to step back from digital distractions and reconnect with what truly matters.🌼

Why I’m Signing Off

In a world constantly buzzing with notifications and updates, I’ve noticed how easy it is to lose sight of what truly Matters. Taking a break from Social Media is my way of Reclaiming my Time and Focus. It’s a chance to step back, unplug, and reconnect with GoD, myself, nature, and the people I hold dear.

Welcoming New Beginnings

August feels like a month of Renewal. For guidance go back and read the Raspberry Full Moon writing. With the long weekend ahead in Canada, I’m excited to start August in Silence.

I plan to invest more time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, enjoying a picnic, or just sitting quietly in my Gazebo. Nature has a way of rejuvenating the Spirit.

This is a time to gather with Family and Friends, sharing laughter and stories, and deepening those bonds that are so Vital to our Well-being.

Every type of FAST gives us time to Reflect Spiritually on our Relationship with the Most High. It’s an opportunity to Listen more closely, Pray, and Seek guidance. For those awaiting Christ's return it is a time for Preparation. Maranatha!! Come Quickly!! 🙏🕊

A Thought to Carry💌 In this spirit of connection and renewal, I’m reminded of Matthew 6:17-18:

“But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”🐞

As I step into August, I’m Embracing this time for Introspection and Spiritual Growth. Here’s to a new Month to fill with new experiences, deeper connections, and a clearer path forward.

Wishing everyone a beautiful August! 🌼Happy Long Weekend! Happy August! Happy Life! ♥️

What are you looking forward to this month? Will you miss me? 🤣😅

... Read moreTaking a break from social media can feel challenging at first, especially in our fast-paced world filled with constant notifications and updates. However, participating in a social media fast offers a unique chance to regain control over your time and mental energy. From my own experience, stepping away from digital screens even for a few days enabled me to appreciate the simple joys around me: the sounds of nature, meaningful conversations with family, and moments of quiet meditation. The words captured in the images, like "FREE YOURSELF!" and "Silence is a source of great strength," resonate deeply with the essence of this fast. Disconnecting isn't about losing touch but rather about reconnecting—with God, ourselves, and the world around us. Psalms and Corinthians remind us that peace and mercy are vital during this renewal. Outdoors activities, such as hiking or sitting quietly in a gazebo, truly help reset our spirits. Nature's calming beauty reminds us that rest is not only permissible but essential as part of our journey. For those who observe spiritual fasting, this time offers a heightened opportunity to pray, reflect, and prepare for significant milestones in faith. Moreover, the practice of fasting quietly, as mentioned in Matthew 6:17-18, teaches that spiritual growth is a private and rewarding experience. By embracing silence and stepping back from social media noise, we open ourselves to deeper listening and connection. If you consider joining a social media fast this August, start with small goals—turn off notifications, designate tech-free hours, or spend an entire day offline. You may find your focus sharpening, your relationships deepening, and a clearer sense of purpose emerging. This intentional pause encourages us to live more mindfully and celebrate the present moment. Ultimately, August offers the perfect moment for renewal and growth. Whether through spiritual reflection or simply enjoying time with loved ones and nature, the rewards of unplugging extend far beyond the digital realm. So take that deep breath, embrace silence, and welcome this fresh start with an open heart.
