My Gym Progress😁

So the other day I went to the gym for the first time and tbh it was fun and hard at the same time. I did the Elliptical first and then the Recumbent bike which was easy and then switched cs my dad wanted to keep changing machines and then I went to the Indoor Cycling Machine and omg I was so tired after. I did that for about 20 minutes and then thought I could to the Stair-stepper for about 10 minutes which was so crazy because idk who I thought I was getting off that bike and onto them stairs😂.Ik y’all see them 2 minutes on there😭 chile them 2 minutes were so hard and I gave up which I didn’t like so next time I go the Stair Stepper is my target. #workout 🏋️ #the gym 💪🏽 #summerbod #keepclimbin #keeppushing #bodytransformation #planetfitness #workingoutPlanet Fitness

... Read moreStarting your gym journey can be both thrilling and daunting. From trying out different machines to understanding how to maximize each session, it’s essential to ease into your routine. The Elliptical, for instance, is a great beginner machine that helps improve cardiovascular fitness without straining the joints. Many people find the Recumbent bike a comfortable choice for low-impact workouts, making it perfect for those who are new to exercise. As part of your development, aim to gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. For example, the Stair-stepper can seem intimidating, but beginning with shorter intervals will allow you to build the necessary stamina over time. Challenge yourself by tracking your progress—like the calories burned—which not only motivates but also provides insights into your physical improvement. Consider finding a workout buddy or engaging with a community, whether in-person or through apps. Sharing experiences can increase accountability while making the fitness journey more enjoyable. Additionally, remember that everyone progresses at their own pace; focus on consistency rather than perfection. Through dedication and effort, you can celebrate small victories, transforming them into significant lifestyle changes.

Gym Progress
Coming back after 5 weeks off reminded me how much hormones impact a woman’s body. Bloating, water retention, reduced strength, and slower recovery can all happen — and it doesn’t mean you “fell off.” This is why I’m easing back in and training with intention. Leg press form matters: • Feet

I started seeing progress when I SLOWED DOWN. Why are we rushing through our reps? When I first started working out, I genuinely thought doing my reps faster was going to make it easier 🤣. In reality, it only tired me out faster. I couldn’t catch my breath, couldn’t lift heavy, and didn’t see any r
