Evidence Search (free trial version), you can search together the sentence of "information collection / assessment / nursing diagnosis / nursing plan" just put the symptoms name and disease name.
Usage is minimum 4 steps.
Search → Category → Item → Take charge of the sentence and paraphrase and append it for the patient.
On the edit screen, you can also use read-aloud / copy / download.
There is only one point to note. Do not copy it completely.
Please use it according to your age, treatment, test value, and life background.
