(Some weeks we can leave for two days or not leave at all)
But focus on pulling yourself back out quickly

หลายคนคงเคยประสบกับปัญหาออกกำลังกายแล้วรู้สึกเบื่อหรือล้มเลิกกลางคัน ซึ่งสำหรับผม วิธีฮึบๆ คือการไม่คาดหวังหรือกดดันตัวเองจนเกินไป เริ่มจากแค่ 2-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ครั้งละ 30 นาที และถ้าวันไหนไม่ได้ออกก็ไม่ต้องเครียด แต่ต้องดึงตัวเองกลับมาออกกำลังกายให้เร็วที่สุด ผมชอบไปวิ่งที่สวนสาธารณะตอนเช้า เพราะบรรยากาศสดชื่น และยังมีคลาสออกกำลังกายฟรีให้เข้าร่วมด้วย ที่สำคัญคือการมีเพื่อนออกกำลังกายช่วยสร้างแรงจูงใจได้มาก รวมถึงการออกกำลังกายที่บ้านโดยดูวิดีโอบน YouTube ก็สะดวกและทำได้ตลอดเวลา สิ่งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้คือ การออกกำลังกายไม่จำเป็นต้องหนักหรือยาก บางทีแค่เดินเร็วก็ช่วยให้ร่างกายกระปรี้กระเปร่าแล้ว และการได้รับสิ่งเล็กๆ น้อยๆ อย่างของแจกจากคลาสฟรีก็นับเป็นกำลังใจที่ดี สุดท้ายอยากบอกทุกคนว่าให้ตั้งใจและมีความสุขกับการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายฮึบๆ แบบนี้ไปด้วยกันครับ
