This insight freed me from the paralyzing fear of judgment and helped me focus on choosing a path aligned with my true self. Through journaling, meditation, and seeking supportive communities focused on self-growth and healing, I healed inner wounds and rediscovered joy in my dreams. If you find yourself feeling like a stranger in your own life, take small steps to reconnect—explore forgotten passions, set boundaries to escape approval-seeking behaviors, and prioritize your own well-being. This journey is not easy, but it is deeply rewarding and liberating.
