Cremoso, suave y ligero… este cheesecake es de esos que repites sin pensarlo🤤😋
👩🏻🍳 Ingredientes
• 1 taza de yogur griego
• 1/4 taza de queso crema light (opcional)
• 3 huevos
• 1/4 taza de fécula de maíz (maicena)
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla
• 1 banana o cambur (opcional, para endulzar)
• Edulcorante al gusto (opcional, si no usas banana)
👩🏻🍳 Procedimiento
1️⃣ Si usas banana, tritúrala. Luego mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta que quede una mezcla lisa.
2️⃣ Vierte en un molde pequeño previamente engrasado.
3️⃣ Lleva al air fryer o al horno a 350°F (180°C) por 25–30 min.
4️⃣ Deja enfriar y luego refrigera mínimo 2 horas.
