Soda is poison
Even tho, I’ve made this post. I will shamelessly admit I drink soda from time to time.
As of lately I’ve been working on increasing my water intake.
I walked past this bowl of sodas and took a picture.

Opting for healthier alternatives like water can significantly improve your overall well-being. Consider infusing your water with fruits or herbs for added flavor without the sugar. Transitioning away from soda doesn't have to be difficult; small, gradual changes in your beverage choices can lead to better health outcomes in the long run.
The way I would have took one of them cokes so quick and drunk it and felt so bad afterwards 😂😂😂😂
