If you ask me, "When should I run?"

Answer me, depending on the rhythm of each person's life, but I will give you a simple account of my experience to make a choice.

🌅. Morning run.

Good weather, quiet, not many people, and a very refreshing "Reset the Day" feed.

The downside is... you have to run to the end or you can go to school / work late.

But another advantage I like a lot is that HR mornings are harder.

I felt better at controlling Pace and running more than usual.

🌆 Evening Run

Don't get up early to suffer, and the evening is warm. It's easier to run.

But the obvious downside is a lot of people, especially after work.

The running rhythm may be easily polished.

Overall, I prefer morning running.

It feels stagnant, refreshing and a comfortable end to the morning workout.
