Grounding putting my feet in the dirt , connecting with the Earth and getting some sun and I’ll tell you what after my exercise session today it felt good to do this. This exercise machine thing that my husband bought off TikTok shop is awesome. Just 15 minutes a day even will make a big freaking difference. I will tell you that I woke up this morning sore but I hopped right back on that thing after I had a little bit of coffee and it felt better. My soreness felt better and it helps my back. I’ll have to take a picture of it and post it, but I have a herniated disc L4, L5, and a pinched sciatic nerve and my sciatic has really been bothering me a lot lately. I’ve actually had a numb spot in the center of my back and it got a lot worse and then I hopped on that machine today and yesterday and I feel better like my my leg, my sciatic nerve my back does not hurt as much. Taking care of yourself as essential in this life grounding, exercising eating healthy you’ll feel better physically and also feel better about yourself
