Ingredients:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

• 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs (room temp)

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• ½ tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp salt

• 1/2 cup white chocolate and milk chocolate chips, or chunks 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions:

1. Brown the Butter

• In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

• Stir constantly until it foams, turns golden, and smells nutty (3-5 min).

• Remove from heat and let cool 10-15 min.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

• In a large bowl, whisk browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

• Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until glossy and combined.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients

• In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

• Fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
