To me, drive isn't just about ambition; it's that internal fire that propels you forward, even when the path isn't clear or easy. It’s the unwavering commitment to a goal, big or small, and the energy you pour into achieving it. I’ve found my drive often sparked by a deep sense of purpose or a personal challenge I wanted to conquer. For instance, there was a time I felt stuck in a career rut. My drive wasn't about getting rich, but about finding work that truly resonated with me. That meant countless hours researching, networking, and learning new skills, even when I was exhausted after my day job. It was that persistent, internal 'I-can-do-this' voice that kept me going. Embracing 'Resilience' in My Journey Resilience, on the other hand, is about bouncing back. It's not about being immune to failure or disappointment, but about how you respond when things inevitably go wrong. I used to dread setbacks, seeing them as personal failings. But over time, I've learned that resilience is built in those very moments. It’s the ability to adapt, to learn from mistakes, and to pick yourself up, sometimes bruised, but always stronger.
