Royal steampunk YA action adventure Fantasy 💫
Release date: June 1st 2025
OMG, you guys, I'm SO hyped for 'The Heirs of Terrison'! I've been seeing little teasers, and seriously, June 1st, 2025, can't come fast enough. If you're into royal steampunk YA action adventure fantasy, you NEED to put this on your radar. I've been thinking non-stop about the characters – especially after seeing those little snippets! First up, there's Captain Gregory Donald, who's apparently 'babysitting a bunch of 20-year-olds.' I can already tell he's going to be the grumpy but lovable mentor, trying to keep these spirited heirs in line. Imagine the chaos! It totally gives me 'as young as you feel' vibes because even though he might be older, he's probably got to tap into that youthful energy to keep up with them. Then we have Prince Jovin, casually dropping a 'are you still in love with me?' line. Ugh, the drama! And Princess Saphir's 'HOW COULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT?!' response? My mind is already racing with theories about their past, their relationship, and what kind of royal intrigue is brewing. Are they rival heirs? Is their love forbidden? This is classic 'splitting heirs' territory – not just about inheritance, but emotional divides and clashing loyalties within the royal family. And let's not forget 11-year-old Merik, who's 'just here for the adventure!' He sounds like the perfect innocent but brave companion, perhaps offering a fresh perspective amidst all the royal headaches. I'm so curious about his role in the adventure and how his youthful curiosity will impact the older characters. This ensemble cast sounds amazing, truly capturing the essence of being 'young at heart' even when facing incredible challenges. The whole 'Heirs of Terrison' concept makes me wonder about their roles and responsibilities. Are they literally splitting an inheritance, or is it more about splitting from societal expectations? Perhaps they're breaking away from traditions set by an older generation, forging their own paths in a world powered by steampunk marvels and ancient magic. The blend of royal drama with a steampunk setting promises so much potential for unique conflicts and exciting escapades. I can't wait to see how these characters, especially Jovin and Saphir, navigate their complex relationships while dealing with external threats and internal struggles. It's going to be a wild ride, and I'm here for all the action and adventure this book promises. Who else is counting down the days with me? What do you think about these characters and their potential storylines?
