The Healthi App!

So admittedly, I’m still trying to make my step count, but I’m at about 7 days out of 22. But I also know that sometimes you have to listen to your body and this is a particularly busy and stressful time at my job.

In addition to trying to move more, I’m also tracking my meals using the Healthi app. There are both free and paid versions of the app, I’m using the free app to track meeting my step goals and tracking my meals. This helps me stay accountable and answer if I really need that cookie when I’m craving it at nine pm or not.

I love the app, it’s super easy to use.
