Ingredients:

• Kodiak pancake mix (53g)

• PB2 fit (16g)

• 2 eggs

• Dark chocolate chunks (8g)

• Skim or a protein milk ( 1 Fl oz)

{Vanilla & cinnamon to taste }

-Adjust measurements to your nutrition goals if needed!

Directions:

1. Weigh 53g of Kodiak cake mix, 6g of PB2, with cinnamon & vanilla to taste

2. Add 2 eggs and mix with dry ingredients

3. To a separate bowl mix 1Fl oz of skim milk with 10g of PB2 for drizzle

4. Cook pancakes on low to medium heat. Once almost ready to flip, add your dark chocolate chunks to each pancake, & completely cook the opposite side.

5. Take pancakes off to cool and drizzle the remaining PB2 over!
