Why I quit 75 Soft

You would think that because it’s the 75 SOFT, I could accomplish this challenge! NOPE. I gave up on week two! Why???

Well, I’ve realized that I have a problem with consistency. I’m not a consistent person and I hate it! This is with EVERYTHING in my life. I have not always been like this but recently this has been my life. Something I’ve been praying on daily and I have faith that things will turn around for me but in the mean time, baby steps.

Wins:

1. I still pray daily! And attend church weekly but I am not consistent with reading my Bible.

2. Drinking water daily but not as much as I should.

3. I actually worked out today!! 😩 very proud of myself

I am back motivated and I’m hoping to lose 20lbs! I know I can do it, I’ve done it before!!
