It is long. There are multiple timeliness and lots of setting up of things so the story flows. Most of it is done through flashback memories and talking. I didn't find it cumbersome, although other reviewers have.
But their love defies time and space and who doesn't want that? Whether it's Sela, Elizabeth, or Darcy with Amon, I was rooting for them in every lifetime. 🖤
