hey yall!! so this morning @8am before work I decided to do some quick meal prep for the rest of the week. I’ve gotten to a standstill with my weight loss so im like I need to do something different!

I did tilapia in the air fryer, mixed veggies, and white rice. Hopefully with me prepping these meals and staying consistent I’ll see more progress soon🥰
