Barnes and noble haul

Of course I went on Black Friday. And of course they had no good deals!! Regardless I left the store with books. I am soooo excited to use my new constellations tote bag. It has so much room in it because of how deep it is. It’ll definitely take me a minute to get used to haha.

I’m currently listening to Zaba and I’m sooooo glad I got it. It was in the section of cds marked down and was only $8. I’d also like to say that The Slow Rush is seriously the bessstttt album.

Anywhoooo if you’ve read any of the books I’ve bought let me know how good they are, no spoilers though!!

... Read moreOkay, so let's talk about the real star of the show for me: that fantastic 'A BAG of BOOKS' tote! You see it in the pictures, right? Mine is dark blue, and honestly, it's a game-changer. I've always admired those cute canvas bags, but this one is just so practical. It's incredibly deep, which means I can actually fit a decent stack of novels, my planner, and even a water bottle without feeling like it's about to burst. I also spotted that super cool constellation-themed tote bag, which was tempting, but the 'A BAG of BOOKS' one just felt like destiny for a bookworm like me. It's sturdy, perfect for library trips, bookstore adventures, or even just carrying my current read around the house so I don't lose it between rooms (we've all been there!). Speaking of books, you know when you walk into Barnes & Noble, it's just an experience, even if the Black Friday deals aren't what you hoped for. There's something magical about browsing the shelves. I always make a beeline for the new releases, but then I love to wander into different genres. For anyone looking for a good summer read, I often gravitate towards contemporary fiction or even some light romance – thinking along the lines of a 'Summer Love' vibe or something set on a 'Silver Beach'. While those weren't my exact picks this time, I always keep an eye out for books that transport me. I love discovering new authors or series. Sometimes I'll even check out the Barnes & Noble Book Club section to see what everyone else is raving about. It's a great way to find hidden gems or join a community of readers. My strategy usually involves picking up a few books that have caught my eye online, and then letting myself be surprised by whatever jumps out from the display tables. It's like a treasure hunt! And don't even get me started on their bargain section. That's where I found my $8 CD – a total steal for an album I adore. It just proves that even when you go in for one thing, you can leave with so many unexpected delights. I'm always on the lookout for unique finds, whether it's a beautifully illustrated edition of a classic or a graphic novel I haven't heard of yet. If you're a frequent visitor, seriously consider their membership. It often comes with discounts and special offers that can really add up, especially if you're like me and can't resist a good book. It also helps you stay updated on events and author signings, which are always fun. There's a real sense of community in a good bookstore, and Barnes & Noble definitely fosters that. It’s more than just buying books; it’s about the joy of discovery, the quiet escape, and the anticipation of cracking open a new story. So next time you're near a B&N, even if it's not a big sale day, just pop in. You never know what 'bag of books' you might end up taking home!
