我宁愿沸腾 我宁愿心疼
Diving deeper into my experiences as a sports student, I've come to truly appreciate the intensity and dedication that swimming and muscle training require. The journey is not just about building visible abs or muscle mass; it's about embracing the discomfort and pain that come with pushing your limits. Swimming, in particular, demands a unique combination of endurance, technique, and strength. The way our muscles, especially abdominal muscles and what some call 'fat muscles' (脂包肌), respond to rigorous workouts fascinates me. I remember those early days when every lap felt exhausting, and soreness was constant. Yet, this physical 'heartache' fuels my passion to keep improving. The process of sculpting a strong, muscular body isn’t just physical—it’s mental. Accepting the sweat and pain as part of growth helps cultivate resilience. I found that setting small, achievable goals—like mastering a new stroke or improving muscle definition—makes the journey rewarding. Sharing these moments with fellow athletes creates a community of encouragement and motivation. If you're considering swimming or muscle training, know that it's okay to experience pain and frustration. These sensations mean you're challenging yourself and progressing. Staying consistent, nourishing your body properly, and celebrating each milestone keeps the spirit alive. This balance of passion and tenderness towards oneself is essential for long-term success.
