Foods to eat in your second trimester…

I’m officially in my second trimester !! If you’re like me and lucky enough to be feeling better, now is a great time to re-introduce nutrient-dense foods to support all of the rapid growth and development happening in this trimester 🤰🏻

It doesn’t have to be complicated— all of the foods we know that support overall health (fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole-food starches, and high-quality animal products) are the same foods that support a healthy pregnancy. The name of the-pregnancy-nutrition-game is nutrient-density, and these are some of the foods on rotation for me to make sure my meals pack a nutritional punch 🍒🍊🍌🥝🫐🍆
