PRESS THEN PUSH
The enemy doesn’t always come with chaos. Sometimes he comes with distraction. Overwhelm. Mental noise. Emotional weight. His goal is simple, he wants to keep you too heavy to press and too tired to push… This is why you have to PRESS first. Because when you press it allows you to PAUSE. slowdown, quiet the noise and stop letting everything rush your spirit. So you can REST and when rest you can lay all that weight down. IT NOT FOR TO CARRY IT. EXCEPT means you believe and know that God is already working, even when you don’t see it yet. STAY planted and focused. stay present. Stay connected, even when it feels uncomfortable. And SUBMIT this means let go of control and trust God with the outcome, not just the process… The enemy will try to stop the pause because he knows if you pause, you’ll press. And if you press, you will PUSH! PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS! So You PRESS to position your heart and PUSH in prayer until breakthrough comes.
Don’t let pressure silence you.
Don’t let distraction win.
PRESS… then PUSH.

PrayerChangesThings FaithOverFeelings
In my own journey, I’ve found that embracing the concept to “PRESS first, then PUSH” truly transforms how I handle life’s challenges. When anxiety and mental noise threaten to overwhelm me, intentionally pressing pause helps me break free from the chaos. This pause isn't about giving up; it's about grounding myself spiritually and emotionally so I can come back stronger. Pausing allows a quiet space to reflect and pray, surrendering control and trusting that God is at work even when results aren’t immediately visible. This rest is essential because carrying emotional weight without release exhausts us. I used to push through without pause, only to feel burnt out and disconnected. But when I started pressing—essentially stopping to center my heart and mind—I experienced renewed clarity. Pressing is about positioning your heart: slowing down to listen more than react. As the image in the article says, 'THIS NOT FOR THE WEAK... You gotta PRESS first then PUSH.' Yes, it requires strength to pause under pressure. The enemy wants us too distracted and heavy to act, but by pressing, we regain control over that distraction and fatigue. After pressing, pushing forward means praying persistently until something happens. Persistency in prayer fuels spiritual breakthroughs. I’ve witnessed this firsthand, where consistent prayer brought about unexpected solutions and peace amidst turbulent times. It’s about faith over feelings, choosing to trust God despite temporary uncertainty. For those facing overwhelming distractions, I encourage you to integrate these steps into your daily practice: Press to pause and rest, then Push in prayer and action. Don’t let pressure silence you or distraction win. Stay present, stay connected, and keep the faith even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s where true spiritual growth and victory lies.
