Need Iron V Leveled.

I maybe was in shocked at Health check. Presently Anemic. So I need more iron. Normally I have tons of iron from eating seafood but the seafood been looking crazy, the veggies prices insane, red meat I only eat once in a while. So it my first time needing iron drugs y'all. when I have tons of iron from food intake I have to avoid Iron vitamins with extra iron I have an allergic reaction from " too much iron" kinda like when kids eat to much candy, hyper yet tried and moody.

Now I have to chance my doctors to give me my drugs. #ironhealth
