Our way is to drink enough water!
It sounds very ordinary, but it worked. ✨
1. Wake up for a glass of water immediately (no need to brush your teeth)
2.Stretch, stretch, move the body 1-2 minutes before bathing.
3. Have breakfast every day. After eating, try to go to the bathroom immediately. Will be in pain or have to sit down. Train to be routine.
4. Sipping at least 2 liters of water during the day
Our trick is to drink four glasses as pictured above.
It's about two liters.
For our bodies, we are normally very difficult to shoot.
3-4 days once, sometimes hard, 5 days once, very tortured.
Eat a lot of fiber, a lot of vegetables, probiotics, what they say is good to eat, but can only help for a moment. I used to catch the fiber until I couldn't take it myself for a while.
