The Apricot Blossom Peeling Gel is honestly one of the best exfoliators I’ve tried if you want something effective but still gentle on the skin 🤍
I like it because it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped, irritated, or overly dry after using it. It feels super soft and natural compared to a lot of harsh exfoliators.
I personally use it only 1–2 times a week depending on how my skin feels. I really don’t believe in over-exfoliating every day because that can damage your skin barrier over time.
This is the type of exfoliator that works quietly without making your skin angry 😭
If you have sensitive, combination, or dry skin and want a more gentle exfoliating product, I genuinely recommend this one. One of the least aggressive exfoliators I’ve used and still one of my favorites.
✨ Key ingredients:
• Apricot blossom water → helps soothe and hydrate
• Plant-derived cellulose → gently removes dead skin
• Apple fruit extract → soft exfoliation + glow
• Green tea extract → calming and antioxidant support

... Read moreIn my experience, finding an exfoliator that truly balances effective skin renewal with gentle care is challenging, especially for sensitive skin. The Beauty of Joseon Apricot Blossom Peeling Gel stands out because it not only removes dead skin cells but also supports the skin's natural barrier with soothing ingredients.
I have combination skin that tends to get irritated quickly with harsh scrubs or strong chemical exfoliants. Using this peeling gel 1-2 times a week has helped keep my skin smooth and glowing without the tightness or redness I often get. The plant-derived cellulose particles are fine enough to gently exfoliate without scratching, while the apricot blossom water provides a comforting hydration boost.
What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t disrupt my skin’s moisture balance. Many exfoliators strip oils leaving my skin dry and flaky, but the apple fruit extract in this formula gives a subtle glow and the green tea extract calms any potential irritation. This makes it an excellent choice for anyone worried about compromising their skin barrier.
I also found that this exfoliator works best when I follow up with a soothing toner and a lightweight moisturizer to lock in hydration. Incorporating it into my skincare routine has helped improve texture without over-exfoliating, which I carefully avoid to maintain healthy skin.
If you struggle to find a peeling gel that respects sensitive skin or simply want a mild but effective exfoliation, the Apricot Blossom Peeling Gel is definitely worth trying. It quietly renews the skin’s surface, making it one of my favorite gentle exfoliators to date.
