At that time, there was a feeling that we were going to have an abscess or an inflammatory, so we rushed to the doctor, but when we got to the doctor, we told us that we had an abscess... and the doctor asked us to choose whether we were going to eat an antiseptic first, and we chose to take an antiseptic because our pus was not cooked at that time, but when the second day of the night came up, we decided that we would definitely need a cloth tomorrow.

The third day we woke up, we rushed to the hospital, and the doctor said that the pus had to be drained, because the pus was ripe, so we made an appointment for the cut at 5: 00, but while waiting, the pus grew bigger and sore all the time, expanding. At that time we were more afraid that the pus would break on its own. After the cut was one word, the pus was the most sore in our lives, and the more the wound was really fresh, the blood was flowing, and then the wound was crying non-stop, and our wound was left open, and we had to wash the wound every day, removing all the necrotic and pus so that there would not be any more. We spent almost 2 weeks. The wound is closed.

After that, I understood that

The abscess is not immediate, but from shame, sweat, sarcasm.

Or shaving / waxing that causes a small wound and infects it.

If left, the infection will spread and become more painful.

หลายคนทักมาถามว่า “ฝีที่น้องสาว/ก้นกก” ต่างจาก “สิวอักเสบที่จิ_มิ” ยังไง เลยขอมาเสริมเป็นข้อมูลแบบที่เราอยากรู้ตั้งแต่วันแรกค่ะ (จากประสบการณ์จริง + สิ่งที่หมออธิบายตอนตรวจ) 1) ฝีลักษณะเป็นยังไง? ของเรามาแบบ “ก้อนแข็ง ๆ ใต้ผิว” บวมแดง ร้อน ๆ และเจ็บมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ โดยเฉพาะเวลานั่ง เดิน หรือมีการเสียดสี จุดสังเกตที่ทำให้เริ่มคิดว่าไม่ใช่สิวธรรมดาคือ ก้อนมันโตเร็ว เจ็บตุบ ๆ และเหมือนมีแรงดันข้างใน พอเข้าวันที่ 2-3 เริ่มเห็น “หัวหนอง” ชัดขึ้น (คล้ายภาพไทม์ไลน์ที่หลายคนแชร์กันเลย: วันแรกเหมือนสิวอักเสบ วันสองบวมกว่าเดิม วันสามหนองใหญ่) 2) ฝีเกิดจากอะไร? ส่วนใหญ่หนีไม่พ้นความอับชื้น เหงื่อ การเสียดสี กางเกงแน่น ๆ นั่งนาน ๆ หรือการโกน/แว็กซ์แล้วเกิดแผลเล็ก ๆ ทำให้เชื้อเข้าไปในรูขุมขน/ผิวหนัง พอเป็นบริเวณน้องสาวหรือก้นกกยิ่งอับและเสียดสีง่าย เลยลุกลามไวกว่าในจุดอื่น 3) เป็นฝีกี่วันหาย? อันนี้ขึ้นกับ “สุกหรือยัง” และต้องระบายหนองไหม ของเราใช้เวลารวมเกือบ 2 อาทิตย์แผลถึงปิดสนิท เพราะหลังผ่าระบายหนองต้องล้างแผล เอาหนองกับเนื้อตายออกให้หมด ช่วงวันที่ 4-12 จะเป็นช่วงล้างแผล/ทำแผลถี่ ๆ แล้วค่อย ๆ ดีขึ้น ถ้าเป็นก้อนเล็กและไปหาหมอเร็ว บางเคสอาจได้ยาฆ่าเชื้อและยุบก่อน แต่ถ้าหนองสุกแล้วมักต้องเปิดระบาย ไม่งั้นปวดมากและเสี่ยงลาม 4) ควรไปหาหมอตอนไหน? ถ้ามีอาการพวกนี้ แนะนำอย่ารอดูเองค่ะ: ก้อนบวมโตไว เจ็บมากขึ้นทุกวัน มีไข้/หนาวสั่น ผิวแดงร้อนลาม หรืออยู่ในจุดที่นั่งเดินลำบาก (น้องสาว/ก้นกก) เพราะปล่อยไว้มันทรมานจริง และเสี่ยงติดเชื้อหนักกว่าเดิม 5) ข้อห้ามที่อยากย้ำ (สำคัญมาก) - ห้ามบีบ/กด/เจาะเอง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณน้องสาว เพราะเชื้ออาจกระจายและอักเสบหนัก - ห้ามแว็กซ์/โกนซ้ำบริเวณนั้นจนกว่าจะหายสนิท - เลี่ยงความอับ: ใส่กางเกงในผ้าฝ้าย ไม่รัด เปลี่ยนเมื่อเหงื่อออก และซับให้แห้งหลังอาบน้ำ 6) ดูแลตัวเองระหว่างรอพบหมอ ถ้าเจ็บมาก ให้ประคบอุ่นเบา ๆ (ไม่ร้อนจนลวก) ช่วยให้ไหลเวียนดีขึ้น และพยายามเลี่ยงการเสียดสี/นั่งทับนาน ๆ ที่สำคัญคือ “อย่าหยอดยา/ทาครีมมั่ว” ถ้าไม่แน่ใจ เพราะบางอย่างระคายเคืองทำให้อักเสบเพิ่มได้ หวังว่าข้อมูลเสริมนี้จะช่วยให้คนที่กำลังงงว่าเป็น “ฝีหรือสิว” ตัดสินใจได้เร็วขึ้นนะคะ ถ้าก้อนอยู่แถวน้องสาวหรือก้นกกแล้วปวดมาก อย่าฝืนค่ะ ไปหาหมอไวจะทรมานน้อยกว่าเยอะจริง ๆ
