This helps me set a positive and grounded tone for the day ahead. Incorporating simple rituals like these into my routine has made a significant difference in my mental and emotional health. By 8:55 AM, I like to enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast–often including fresh fruits like strawberries–to fuel my body without feeling heavy. This combination of hydration, healthy nourishment, and mindful reflection creates balance and energy that carry me through busy days.
