私も以前はExcelの大量データのフィルター操作に時間を取られていました。しかし、テーブル化とスライサーを使うようになってから、作業効率が格段に上がりました。まずテーブル化ですが、Ctrl＋Aで範囲を選択しCtrl＋Tでテーブルに変換すると、色分けや自動拡張などありがたい機能が自動付与されます。これによりデータが見やすくなり、管理しやすくなりました。次にスライサーの活用です。Alt → N → S → Fのショートカット操作でスライサーの挿入画面が開くので、絞り込みたい項目を選んでOKを押すだけで、ボタンクリックでの直感的なフィルター操作が可能になります。私の職場では部署別の売上分析で大活躍しています。部署名のスライサーボタンをクリックするだけで必要なデータだけにサッと絞り込めるので、フィルターの細かい設定に時間を割く必要がなくなりました。さらに絞り込み状況が一目でわかるので確認もラクです。日常的にExcelを使う業務で、これらの機能を知らずに手作業でフィルターをいじっている人が多いですが、ぜひ一度試してみてほしいツールです。使いこなせば作業が効率的になるだけでなく、ミスも減らせます。Excel初心者にもおすすめの時短テクニックとしてぜひ活用ください。
