The Ides of March

Why am I here?

I want to be intentional about this platform (and any others that I create.)

-I want to share my experiences in hopes that it makes others feel less alone. I feel the most seen when I am talking in Facebook groups or IG comments. Often people (especially NTs) invalidate the experiences of people with ADHD/Autism. My dream as a coach and as a human being is to be a safe space. Yes, a lot of people share our traits, but that doesn't mean they share our experiences. I want to hear you because I know what it's like to not be heard.

-To make friends! I wish I had more ND friends. Let's chat!

-To learn from others 🩷 I hope that I can learn from you all as women/people. Living is hard. I want to gain inspiration from you!

I will make another post like this concerning writing and coaching. Love you all so much. #embracevulnerability #adhdinwomen #introduceyourself

... Read moreThe Ides of March evokes a sense of reflection and contemplation. Many individuals, especially those in the neurodiverse community, often seek spaces to express themselves and find camaraderie. Sharing personal experiences, particularly for those with ADHD and Autism, can foster understanding and empathy, allowing others to resonate with your story. In online platforms, where so many connect, the #embracevulnerability movement encourages honesty and openness. By discussing challenges and triumphs candidly, participants can create a supportive network. Initiatives targeting women and neurodiverse communities play a crucial role in bridging the gap, ensuring that shared experiences lead to deeper connections and friendships. Let's encourage these dialogues, whether in Facebook groups or through comments on various social media, and advocate for a culture that values genuine interactions and supports neurodiverse narratives. By engaging with hashtags like #adhdinwomen and #introduceyourself, individuals can discover others who share similar paths, enhancing the sense of belonging and community.
