· Frozen udon · · · 1 ball
・ Kimchi ･ ･ ･ 50g
・ Natto ･ ･ ･ 1 pack
· Natto attached sauce · · · 1
Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 1 tablespoon
・ Sesame oil ･ ･ ･ 1 tsp
♡ roasted sesame ･ ･ ･
♡ Small green onion ･ ･ ･ Appropriate amount
♡ Hot spring egg · · · 1 (or egg yolk is OK)
[How to make]
① Put all ingredients except udon and ♡ in a bowl and mix well
② Thaw the udon as described on the package, put it in the bowl of ① and mix well
