☆ Consomme ・ ・ ・ 1 teaspoon
☆ Grated cheese ・ ・ ・ 1 teaspoon
☆ soy milk or milk ・ ・ ・ tablespoon 2

[How to make]
① Peel the yam, put it in a bag and tap it roughly with a rolling pin (the point is to leave a crispy feeling!)
