DETAILS⬇️ episode 2 of my Summer Treats Series, Halo Halo! 🇵🇭

Halo halo (meaning Mix Mix in Tagalog) is a famous filipino dessert. It’s composed of shredded ice & milk and topped with a variety of ingredients like jellies, ice cream, flan and more!

(There’s also other places that serve Halo Halo, pretty much at any Filipino restaurant! There are many Filipino restaurants on Victoria Street, next to Plamondon).

On video we tried Halo Halo, Suman (made from glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk, often wrapped in banana leaves) and Turon (deep fried bananas wrapped in spring roll wrappers).
