Developing a modern day Resume/CV builder: Intro.

Today’s job market, heavily influenced by Tech, demands extensive resume customization to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Manually tailoring each resume is time-consuming and limits applications. Our goal is to automate this process, allowing job seekers to generate high-quality, ATS-compliant resumes efficiently, increasing their success rates.

Current solutions lack deep analysis, suitable editing interfaces, and are often too expensive. Our aim is to develop a cost-efficient, optimal, next-generation resume builder.

The project will create document editing software that streamlines resume and CV customization, specifically targeting unemployed job seekers with an affordable, effective tool.

Objectives include:

Identifying key features for effective document tailoring using Google Natural Language Processing.

Designing a user-centric process for inputting job descriptions and qualifications.

Implementing algorithms for continuous, real-time document creation.

Testing and iterating based on user feedback.

This tool enhances resume quality, boosts efficiency, and reduces the time/cost of customization, offering advantages to applicants and industry professionals. It does not guarantee job offers, as experience remains paramount.
